Delhi city switched to CNG overnight from diesel bus fleet for their public transport (this was before the city had a subway train system) The entire city was entirely dependent on buses for public transport and the level of pollution was disturbingly high. However 1 advantage was that the entire fleet was government owned and hence total control. The various depots, and terminals across the city were fitted with cng dispensers and they were then slowly made available for the first taxis, and later became popular with personal vehicles, so much so, that car companies began selling cng bi fuel vehicles.

It Means we have an abundance of natural gas in the United States And it is totally clean. We recently discovered we have hundreds and hundreds of years of natural gas available. What do you mean "American". The United States has always been known for innovation because we were a nation of three individuals. That unfortunately is changing because we have a situation where people are being told that our nation is bad and being indoctrinated into Marxist collectivism. It's a shame because if it continues future generations will not have the freedom that the older generations were able to enjoy.

"safer use in vehicle that gasoline or diesel .... however natural gas is less likely to ignite than gasoline or diesel and would dissipate, since it is ligther than air" Well the density of Methane at normconditions (1 atm and 25 °C) is roundabout 0.65 kg/cm, whilst the one of air is >1 kg/cm. True that. However, since CNG is stored in the compressed tank at 200 bar, in case of leakages it would stream out with pressures far above 1 atm and densities far above the ones of air. In the direct area around the leak however i would still reckon that Methan would form ignitable mixtures with air.

Of course! It’s so simple! Why didn’t anyone think of that? Just plug it into the outlet. After all, it’s not like we have to worry about the means used to create that energy. Everyone knows that every house creates its own electricity. It has something to do with the lumber used to frame the house

In larger vehicles the problems increase.the batteries have to be quite large and the efficiency goes down a lot,as well as the problem of producing enough batteries to replace every fossil fuel vehicle in the world now.that would require massive mining with lager heavy equipment that doesn't have any electric option,because so far because after years of research no one has made one work well enough to market it.

Yes. Aside of the fuel conversion, in order for an engine to achieve good fuel economy and power output, it needs to have the compression ratio increased.
the one i experienced in brazil had the fuel guage for the nautural gas under the hood and you would feel a knock in the motor when low.
